Our Process
Barnet Associates Financial Services, with the assistance of the Client’s management and participation with other Client personnel and members of the Client’s Board of Directors will prepare a common stock valuation for the purposes of granting stock options based on the: business and industry description; standard valuation considerations; capital structure; acquisition potential; comparable companies; venture capital funding; partnership and alliance opportunities; expected product adoption rates and performance to date compared to plans as applicable.

- Acquisition potential and other similar Client acquisition values
- Comparable companies
- Partnership and alliance opportunities with major industry players
- Expected product adoption rates and hurdles in the marketplace to release and acceptance of the product
- Management team and work force and work force skills
- Major investors
- Attractiveness of industry segment
- Business challenges including marketplace and major competitors, barriers to entry, competitive forces, existence of proprietary technology, product, or service, strategic relationships
- Risk factors faced by the enterprise
- Client will provide copies of business information including
- Financial Statements
- Business Plans
- Corporate Documents
- Investor Presentations
- Management and Organization
- Marketing Information
- Description of key assets and liabilities
- Other information as required
- Barnet Associates Financial Services reviews and analyses above information along with publicly information and prepares a draft report.
- Client reviews draft document with management.
- Barnet Associates Financial Services provides Client with final report.
